We are a growing commercial cleaning company seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This position involves general cleaning services for restaurants, offices, and retail spaces during overnight/early morning hours.
This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, and take pride in doing quality work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform general commercial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Properly use and care for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Travel to assigned job locations as scheduled
- Complete work accurately and efficiently within required timeframes
- Communicate issues or supply needs to management promptly
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work independently and show up on time for early morning shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Pay & Benefits
