What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound leads and follow up effectively
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Maintain client engagement through email and outreach
• Negotiate and close sales to meet performance goals
• Track leads to optimize sales and advertising resources
• Stay informed on vehicle models, features, and technology

• Salary: $45,000 - $136,000/annually
• Compensation Structure: 30% commission with $200 minimum per unit (after pack) up to $4,000 per unit sold.
• Additional Compensation: $500 minimum commission when 10 sales are reached in a month, retroactive to the first unit sold.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Effective communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
