OVERVIEW:
A leading Fortune 100 financial services firm is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to join its growing, planning-focused advisory platform.
This role is a true relationship management and financial planning seat, where advisors focus on deepening relationships, delivering comprehensive financial plans, and driving organic growth within the existing client base, while being supported by a full suite of internal specialists and operating within a structured, long-term growth model.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and grow a book of HNW clients (typically $1M in assets)
- Serve as the primary financial advisor, delivering ongoing planning and investment guidance
- Conduct discovery meetings and develop comprehensive financial and retirement plans
Practice Growth
- Expand client relationships through: Deepening existing relationships, Activating under-engaged clients, Increasing wallet share and generating referrals
- Proactively engage clients (not cold calling, but active outreach within existing book)
Advisory & Planning
- Provide guidance across: Investment strategy, Retirement planning, Wealth accumulation and preservation
- Act as the "quarterback", coordinating with internal specialists (trust, retirement, etc.)
Operating Model
- Follow a structured, process-driven advisory framework
- Collaborate with internal partners while maintaining ownership of client relationships
- Hybrid schedule with strong emphasis on consistency and activity
QUALIFICATIONS:
~4-8 years of wealth management / advisory experience
Experience managing a book of business
Strong financial planning background (core requirement)
FINRA licenses:
- Series 7
- Series 63
- Series 65 or 66
