Role Summary:
The Vice President of Compliance will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's Compliance Program across all lines of business. This strategic leadership role will ensure regulatory alignment, operational integrity, and enterprise-wide accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve a comprehensive Compliance Program across acute, behavioral, rehab, and medical group services
- Establish an integrated, enterprise-wide policy management system and governance structure
- Design and implement transparent monitoring and auditing processes, including reporting and recommendations
- Develop and execute an annual compliance education plan
- Lead ongoing risk assessments and regulatory change monitoring, evaluation, and operational implementation
- Provide due diligence support for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
