- Represent clients in labor and employment litigation, counseling, and compliance matters.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and client initiatives.
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Louisiana Bar (or eligibility for admission).
- 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
