You'll take on meaningful, complex work at the heart of California's most dynamic employment law market, including:
- Defending sophisticated wage and hour class and collective actions
- Handling PAGA representative actions - one of the most active and evolving areas of California litigation
- Advising and defending management-side clients across a broad range of labor and employment matters
- Collaborating directly with partners and clients on strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation

- 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience
- Substantial wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience (required)
- Active California bar license
- Strong academic credentials and top-tier writing and analytical skills
