My client, a top global AmLaw 100 firm, exclusively devoted to representing management, is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate to join their California offices. • Hybrid schedule based out of the firm's office
• Competitive compensation: $250,000 - $300,000 annually, contingent on experience

You'll take on meaningful, complex work at the heart of California's most dynamic employment law market, including:

• Defending sophisticated wage and hour class and collective actions
• Handling PAGA representative actions - one of the most active and evolving areas of California litigation
• Advising and defending management-side clients across a broad range of labor and employment matters
• Collaborating directly with partners and clients on strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation

• 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience
• Substantial wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience (required)
• Active California bar license
• Strong academic credentials and top-tier writing and analytical skills
