Experienced Insulation Installer

Larson Keeney Home Services is a local, growing home‑improvement company serving Northern and Eastern Wisconsin. We’re looking for an Experienced Insulation Installer who takes pride in quality work, wants steady hours, and likes working with their hands.

What You’ll Do

• Install insulation in attics, walls, and crawl spaces (spray foam, blown cellulose, and related products).
• Set up and use ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment the right way.
• Handle CleanSpace or similar crawl space systems when needed.
• Load materials, tools, and equipment at the shop and keep the truck organized.
• Look over each job on site, plan your work, and help direct helpers when needed.
• Talk with homeowners in a polite, professional way and keep jobsites clean.
• Complete basic job paperwork and turn it in accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 6 months experience as a skilled or semi‑skilled laborer (insulation, construction, trades, or similar).
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight/hot/cold areas.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and do physical work all day.
• Can safely use hand tools and power tools (or willing to learn quickly).
• Follows directions, pays attention to detail, and shows up on time.
• Honest, dependable, and willing to learn the Larson Keeney way.

Pay – How You Get to $60,000–$80,000

• Total pay range: $60,000–$80,000 per year for full‑time experienced installers.
• Pay is a mix of hourly base pay overtime performance bonuses.
• Your exact earnings depend on your experience, hours worked, and performance.
