What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Team Member/Cook position at Larson House Pizzaria & Eatery?
The Larson House is a family owned Pizzeria & Eatery in Yamhill, Oregon. We are looking for a dependable and hard-working, part-time kitchen team member to join our team
Our kitchen team members are responsible for preparing pizzas, paninis, wings, salads and appetizers as well as prep items throughout their shift. Kitchen crew are responsible for ensuring orders go out in a timely manner and are consistent. It's important that kitchen team members can work well under stress, have a sense of urgency and can effectively communicate in a team environment.
We are currently looking for a part-time team member to work a mix of morning/mid-day and evening, weekday and evening shifts.
Qualifications
*1 year in the food/hospitality industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Works well under pressure
*Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
*Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
