Purpose of the Role

The Marketing Lead, Investor Experience & Engagement at Larson Financial Holdings LLC, will architect and oversee the entire investor acquisition and conversion ecosystem for Larson Capital Management’s B2C platform, merging data-driven marketing with an intimate understanding of accredited investor behavior and private real estate investing. This leader ensures that every touchpoint, from the first ad impression to signed subscription agreement, reflects credibility, clarity, and confidence. They translate the nuanced trust-building journey required in private equity real estate into actionable workflows, messaging, and user experiences that close business.

Core Responsibilities

Private Equity Alignment & Messaging Integrity

  • Translate complex real estate investment concepts into clear, compliant, and motivating messaging.
  • Work closely with LCM’s Investor Relations team to ensure marketing communications align with fund strategy, risk disclosures, and investor expectations.
  • Champion brand tone and storytelling that conveys sophistication, stability, and purpose, speaking the language of high-net-worth investors.

  • Use behavioral data to refine messaging, timing, and channel selection.
  • Regularly present actionable findings to Executive Leadership Team

  Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in real estate private equity or alternative investments with a grasp of investor psychology, capital raising processes, and compliance considerations.
  • Background in growth marketing, marketing automation, or product UX, ideally in a financial or fintech context.
  • Ability to balance quantitative rigor (data, automation, dashboards) with qualitative intuition (trust, storytelling, investor mindset).
  • Familiarity with platforms such as AppFolio, Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator—comfortable speaking both the language of marketing and of private real estate

Requirements

 Philosophy Behind the Role

This position exists because accredited investors don’t simply “convert,” they commit. That requires a seamless, frictionless digital path, a brand experience that communicates institutional trust, and a deep understanding of why individuals invest in private real estate: diversification, tangible impact, and long-term potential. The person in this role ensures that Larson’s systems, messaging, and UX all reinforce that journey, turning digital curiosity into genuine investor confidence. They must have a deep UX/UI understanding of client journeys and how to lead a client through the entire journey to measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and align vendor relationships (AppFolio, Parallel Markets, Windfall) to ensure a seamless investor experience.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Operations, and the LCM team to unify strategy and execution.
  • Oversee UX/UI strategy, ensuring the investor journey reflects a sophisticated, trustworthy, and high-net-worth experience.
  • Design and implement automation and workflows to improve lead management, accreditation, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage marketing attribution, analytics, and dashboards that measure performance from campaign spend to capital commitment.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory considerations within private real estate investing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7 years of experience in marketing operations, investor relations, or private equity/alternative investments.
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing or growth operations in a financial services or fintech environment.
  • Strong understanding of accredited investor dynamics and the psychology of high-net-worth decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both strategic and technical.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and works in close collaboration with the President of Larson Capital Management, the Director of Technology Officer, and Investor Relations leadership.
