About the Internship:
Are you a college student looking to gain hands-on experience in finance, real estate, and business while exploring how faith influences your career? Our 12-week Summer Internship Program is designed to equip you with financial literacy, professional skills, and personal development insights.
Requirements
Location: In-Person: 100 North Broadway, St. Louis, MO
Compensation:
- $15/hour
- 20 - 40 hours per week, with 3 per week of classroom learning time each week
Program Dates: May 25th – August 14th, 2025

? Participate in weekly discussions on faith, business, and personal growth
? Gain hands-on experience in finance, investing, and real estate
? Work alongside professionals in private equity, tax, and estate planning
? Read Good to Great and Rocket Fuel to develop leadership skills
? Take the Enneagram Personality Test for self-awareness
Qualifications:
? College student (rising senior preferred)
? Interest in finance, real estate, or business
? Willing to engage in discussions about faith and career development
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills
