As a growing firm with a passion for impactful change, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for a resourceful, adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support across scheduling, communications, operations, and business development. Your contributions will enable the CEO and leadership team to focus on strategic priorities and drive the firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize appointments, coordinate meetings, and ensure leaders are well-prepared with agendas and materials.
- Documentation & Communication: Draft, edit, and format reports, proposals, presentations, and internal communications with accuracy and professionalism.
- Project & Business Development Support: Track project deliverables and deadlines, support proposal development, and assist with client communications.
- Operations & Administration: Provide company-wide administrative support including scheduling, file and records management, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Finance & Logistics: Process invoices, monitor budgets, track expenses, and coordinate travel and other logistical needs.
- Onboarding & Technology: Set up accounts and tools for new hires, provide basic technical troubleshooting, and ensure team access to software and platforms.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative professional, or project support role (consulting, professional services, or public sector preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google Workspace, Teams/Zoom, and project management tools a plus.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Self-starter who works independently, takes initiative, and adapts to changing priorities.
Schedule & Compensation
- Approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Remote with occasional in-person support required in the Tacoma/Seattle area.
- Competitive compensation: $32–$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
