Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site selection projects and teams to identify optimal locations for new projects.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to evaluate potential sites based on economic, demographic, and geographic factors.
- Develop and implement site selection strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and integrate business requirements in site selection processes.
- Negotiate terms with property owners, real estate brokers, and local governments to secure favorable agreements.
- Assess and compare costs, benefits, and risks associated with potential sites to make data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee due diligence processes, including site inspections, zoning assessments, and environmental impact studies.
- Maintain relationships with economic development agencies and industry associations to stay informed on market trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on site selection findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Manage budgets and timelines for site selection projects to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in site selection, real estate development, or related roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale site selection projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets and industry trends.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
- Experience with geographic information systems (GIS) and site analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements.
