Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR program forward. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner in developing and implementing policies, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities like employee orientation and training programs.
- Oversee human resources management functions such as employee evaluations, performance management, and career development initiatives to promote continuous improvement and employee satisfaction.
- Administer benefits programs including benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and leave management such as FMLA compliance, ensuring employees are well-informed and supported.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns promptly, managing conflict resolution efforts, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with organizational values.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards by maintaining accurate documentation related to contracts, OSHA regulations, ADA accommodations, and affirmative action planning.
- Maintain employee data collection systems/software, reporting accuracy, and efficient HR operations.
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and support leadership development initiatives.
- Lead HR sourcing efforts utilizing social media management tools and other channels to attract diverse talent pools.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or related fields
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment & labor law regulations (including FMLA), OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
- Hands-on experience with an HR software
- Skilled in recruiting strategies including utilizing social media management for talent sourcing
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Administrative experience in benefits administration and data collection
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques and change management methodologies to support organizational growth initiatives.
