What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at Larsen Manufacturing?
Must Have The Following Skills
1. Electrical Background - Rewire motors, lights, basic 110, 220 volt items.
2. Skills on swapping out belts on motors.
3. Swap Out 56 HVAC filters on roof, filters on chillers, filters on air compressors.
4. Must have own tools.
5. Available to work Saturday and Sunday if needed.
6. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. minimum.
7. Ability to climb up to 18 feet.
8. Must be organized, and maintain tool cage.
9. This is a working manager position, not administrative. Expected to work 10 hour days, and on call M-F if issues arise on night shift.
In person interviews will be scheduled immediately. Position starts in 1-2 weeks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
