We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Programmer / Setup / Operator to join our Mundelein team and play a hands-on role in producing precision components.

What You’ll Do
- Program, set up, and operate CNC turning machines
- Work on CNC lathes with live tooling
- Interpret prints and specifications to produce quality parts
- Maintain consistent quality and safe work practices
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience with CNC turning operations
- Familiarity with live tooling
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write English
- 1–3 years of CNC turning experience required
- Apprentice certification preferred, not required
