Location: Northwestern AZ
Salary range: $130-150K depends upon experience.
*$15,000.00 sign-on/relocation for a commitment of 3 years

OVERVIEW:
- Under the direction of the Pharmacy Director, performs clinical and professional pharmaceutical work.
- Extensive contact with the administration, medical staff, nursing service, hospital staff, and nonhospital personnel (vendors, auditors).
- Responsible for the oversight and leadership of clinical activities of the pharmacy department.
- Participation in standards of practice, ensures quality and patient safety regarding medication management and process improvement activities.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Current Pharmacist license to practice in the state required on hire.
- One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience; Prefer 5 years as pharmacist in a critical care hospital
- Prefer Experience as Lead or Leadership role.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
