Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, to facilitate quick retrieval of information.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling.
- Printing Blue Prints, Applying for Permits, Proposals for Customers.
- Previous experience doing data entry or in a similar position is advantageous but not required.
- Proven clerical or office experience, including data entry, filing, and administrative support roles
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced phone etiquette is highly desirable
