The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who’s as excited about shaping the future as they are about forecasting it. This is more than just crunching numbers—it’s about driving strategy, uncovering insights, and helping our business make bold, informed decisions as we grow globally.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key business partner to leadership across departments, delivering financial insights that drive action
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
- Build and maintain complex financial models that support strategic decision-making
- Analyze key business trends, uncover opportunities, and help teams stay financially grounded while dreaming big
- Partner with global stakeholders to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For
- 4-8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, strategic finance, or similar roles
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (bonus for experience with financial systems like NetSuite, Adaptive, or Anaplan)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings positive energy to the table
