About the Position
LaRosa's Wholesale Bakery is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality bakery products, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, and package bakery products
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products to ensure they meet LaRosa's quality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Follow all food safety, SQF, HACCP, and company procedures
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Food manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Spanish-only applicants are encouraged to apply. English proficiency is not required for this position.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Available Shifts
We offer several shift options to accommodate different schedules:
- 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Shift availability may vary based on production needs.
