Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house teams with a hands-on approach
- Uphold and execute company standards, service expectations, and operational procedures
- Assist in staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
- Maintain a strong floor presence during service, leading by example
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability and respect
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional, polished, and detail-oriented demeanor
