Responsibilities

- Represent clients in court during frequent court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and manage case strategy to achieve favorable outcomes
- Review legal documents and evidence to support case preparation
- Prepare thoroughly for trials, including organizing case materials and coordinating witnesses
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in litigation
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proficient in legal research and litigation procedures
- Strong client counseling and written communication skills
- Experience in independant case management
