You are a reliable and courteous individual who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences. You bring energy, attention to detail, and professionalism to your role, and you take pride in providing restaurant-style service in an upscale senior living environment.

As a Part-Time Assisted Living Server working 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, four days per week, you help make dinner an enjoyable part of our residents' day. Whether greeting residents, serving meals, or making sure the dining room is ready for service, you understand that great hospitality is about more than what's on the plate.

A Day in the Life

• Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and professionalism

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system

• Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring excellent presentation and accuracy

• Check in with residents during meals and respond promptly to additional service needs

• Perform side work, including table setup, restocking, and cleaning, to maintain a polished dining room

• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth dinner service

• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols

• Respond to resident feedback and service needs with respect and a helpful attitude

• Help create a welcoming, restaurant-style dining experience for our Assisted Living residents

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

• Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality settings preferred

• Physical exam showing freedom from communicable diseases required

• Courteous, dependable, and team-oriented

• Ability to work the 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM evening schedule, four days per week
