Position Summary
The Server’s Assistant plays an important support role on our service team. You’ll work alongside servers and hosts to ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where attention to detail and teamwork make a big difference. No experience is required — we’ll provide all the training you need.
Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist servers during service.
Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly between guests.
Deliver food and non-alcoholic beverages to tables as directed by servers.
Refill water glasses and provide bread, condiments, or other table items.
Keep service areas stocked and clean, including silverware, glassware, and napkins.
Follow all sanitation and safety procedures.
Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old.
No previous restaurant experience required — training provided.
Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Works well in a team and communicates clearly.
Schedule & Pay
Flexible hours (weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed).
Hourly pay plus tip share.
