Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- The primary purpose of the Housekeeper position is to maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. Housekeepers are responsible for delivering high-quality service standards and contributing to the overall guest experience by upholding the hotel's reputation for cleanliness and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any findings to the maintenance department.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to housekeeping duties.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred
- Experience working in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous
