Breakfast Attendant/Host

Job Purpose:
- The Complimentary F&B AM - Full Time position at Larkin Hospitality is designed to oversee and manage the complimentary food and beverage services provided to guests during morning hours. The role ensures that guests receive high-quality service and that all food and beverage offerings meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Present complimentary breakfast items to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock.
• Train and guide staff in the delivery of excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to the food and beverage service promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding food safety and handling.

Preferred Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Capability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
