Construction Laborer – Entry Level / Training Provided
Larkin Designs is a growing residential construction company based in Southern New Hampshire. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Construction Laborer to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn residential construction and develop skills in carpentry and the building trades. Previous construction experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, shows up on time, and is eager to learn.
What You'll Do
- Assist with residential construction projects from start to finish
- Help prepare and clean up job sites
- Load, unload, and organize building materials and tools
- Assist carpenters and other skilled tradespeople
- Learn to safely use hand and power tools
- Help with framing, demolition, installation, and general construction tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and instructions
- Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and experience grow
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and punctual
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work well as part of a team
