Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification
- CPI Certification
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Physical capability to perform patrol duties, including standing and walking for extended periods
- 2 years' experience as a Security Officer in a hospital setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- BHT Certification preferred
- Hospital/Psychiatric experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Ability to walk and climb stairs
- Skilled in operating portable radio devices
