Coder works under the supervision of the Director. Codes, sequences, and abstracts diagnosis and procedures for all inpatients, ambulatory, observation, partial hospitalization program (PHP) and/or emergency department patient records in accordance with ICD-9, CPT and coding clinic guidelines.
