Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of family support programs tailored to meet diverse needs related to developmental disabilities and behavioral health.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with families, community organizations, healthcare providers, and funding agencies to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
- Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, resource allocation, compliance with regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand program offerings and improve access to services for families in need.
- Supervise program staff in case management activities, ensuring individualized support plans are effectively executed.
- Monitor program outcomes through data collection and analysis to continuously improve service quality and impact.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a strong background in program development within social work or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.

- Strong administrative experience including budgeting, staffing supervision, and compliance oversight.
