What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Administrative Specialist - Limited Term position at Larimer County?
The Larimer County Treasurer & Public Trustee’s Office is seeking a detail-oriented, professional individual to provide essential support in carrying out Public Trustee functions and managing daily operational workload.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service through a variety of duties, including entering foreclosure packages into the GTS database, reviewing and processing Deeds of Trust releases (walk-ins, mail-ins, and electronic submissions), managing incoming phone communications, and providing administrative support to the management team.
This is a limited-term position. Employees in limited-term roles are eligible for County benefits; however, the position is dependent on business needs and available funding. The role is currently part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time employment.
The schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., working on-site at 200 W Oak Street, Suite 2100, Fort Collins, CO.
Interpreting County/departmental policies, rules, and regulations in response to inquiries.
Providing excellent customer service to walk-in and phone clients.
Data entry.
Supporting the management team.

What we're looking for:
- Have detailed and excellent organizational skills.
- Manage multiple projects at once.
- Be able to learn new systems.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Have reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word skills, Adobe knowledge, and Microsoft Windows.
- Four (4) years of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar office administrative duties and responsibilities required.
