Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Providing backup support for bi-weekly payroll processing, including preparing pre-payroll reports, reviewing timecards for policy compliance, and auditing pre-check details to identify and resolve discrepancies within required timelines.
- Reviewing and processing employee personnel changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, pay adjustments, terminations, deductions, and final payouts.
- Assisting employees and payroll representatives with payroll forms, codes, and procedures.
- Maintaining employee system access, including managing logins, permissions, password resets, and troubleshooting access issues.

- High School diploma or GED required
- At least one (1) year of experience in payroll, accounting, HR, or a related field involving detailed, process-driven work
