Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Providing front-line customer service in-person and via telephone, referring customers to appropriate departments or staff to perform related work, and assisting the public with individual issues pertinent to property taxation.
- Responding to public inquiries and directing them to the appropriate office staff to resolve concerns.
- Assisting the public with looking up and verifying information regarding property ownership.
- Accessing records and files involving ownership and location information.
- Preparing building sketches and computer-assisted maps.

- Make accurate mathematical calculations involving formulas, fractions, and percentages.

- Two (2) years of administrative experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
