What You'll Do
Sling craft cocktails, local brews, and wine with style
Serve bar and table guests while maintaining fast drink production
Keep your cool in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Smile through the chaos and be part of a genuinely fun team
Multitask like a legend — we move quickly and keep things flowing
What We’re Looking For
✅ At least 1 year of bartending experience in a full bar setting
✅ Must be 21 with reliable transportation (snow doesn't stop us!)
✅ Someone who loves hospitality and takes pride in their craft
✅ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork-driven
Pay & Legal Disclosures
Base Pay: $11.79/hour (Colorado minimum for tipped employees)
Average Earnings: $25–$40/hour with tips
Tipped Position: Yes
Opportunities for Pay Increases: Yes, based on performance and advancement
Paid Leave (Colorado HFWA Compliance)
Accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked (up to 48 hrs/year)
Additional leave may be available during declared public health emergencies
Sick time is paid on your regular paycheck cadence
