Role Description
This is a full-time and on-site. The Wedding Sales professional will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking memorable wedding events, guiding them through the process, providing detailed tours of the venue, and building strong relationships with clients and vendors. Daily responsibilities include overseeing event sales inquiries, maintaining records, and collaborating with the events team to meet client expectations. The individual will play a key role in ensuring the weddings hosted at Largo Resort align with the property’s exceptional standards for service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to meet sales targets and coordinate with a team to achieve goals.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members in sales techniques and best practices.
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Familiarity with the wedding or event planning industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in event management software or CRM systems is a plus.
