Job Summary (Bullet List Format): - Serve as the lead for Workday Financial Integration and Administration, overseeing system integrations and ongoing support. - Develop, implement, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, RaaS, and Web Services. - Utilize strong expertise in SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT for integration development and troubleshooting. - Design, test, and support Workday financial integration frameworks and business process automation. - Manage data migration/conversion projects from legacy systems (such as Great Plains) to Workday Financials. - Oversee integration of Workday Financials with other enterprise systems and manage related administrative tasks. - Support the full system development lifecycle, including production support and issue resolution. - Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) to deliver integration projects on time and within scope. - Lead and mentor teams of consultants, developers, and analysts to ensure successful project outcomes. - Leverage at least 5 years of Workday Finance implementation experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on integration and administration. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver solutions.
