Job Summary (List Format): - Provide production support for SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to access management. - Utilize strong knowledge of SailPoint, IAM, Java, SQL, and Identity Security Cloud. - Ensure proper provisioning and de-provisioning of application access. - Manage and support application connectivity within the access platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. - Maintain and improve the performance and reliability of IAM systems.- Must have prior work experience at Capital One. - Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience. - Hybrid work arrangement in Richmond, VA. - Contract duration: 6 months.
