Job Summary (Platform Analyst Charlotte, NC)
- Drive Measurement & Reporting Strategy: Define KPIs, OKRs, reporting standards, and success measures for the Tachyon platform across various domains (adoption, developer experience, operations, governance, cost, and business value).
- Design & Maintain Reporting Frameworks: Build scalable dashboards, scorecards, and data pipelines to track platform lifecycle metrics (intake, onboarding, utilization, performance, outcomes, and impact).
- Analyze Complex Data: Examine operational, product, engineering, financial, and user-adoption data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop Data Solutions: Ensure reliable, accurate, and timely reporting by managing data solutions, integrating sources, and establishing trusted metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, data, governance, security, FinOps, and business teams to deliver insights and support data-driven decisions.
- Monitor Key Metrics: Define and track platform availability, utilization, service quality, adoption, efficiency, and cost optimization metrics.
- Executive Reporting: Create presentations, visualizations, and updates for executives, clearly communicating progress, outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
- Build BI Solutions: Develop and maintain business intelligence tools, ensuring self-service insights and actionable metrics for stakeholders.
- Leverage Microsoft Technologies: Use Power BI, Power Apps, and related Microsoft platforms to enhance reporting, automate processes, and improve user experience.
- Apply Best Practices: Ensure data governance, quality, and reporting standards are maintained.
- Communicate Insights: Present complex data and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences with exceptional clarity.
- 8 years in enterprise platform measurement, reporting, or analytics.
- Advanced skills in analytics, reporting, and data interpretation.
- Proven KPI/OKR development, executive reporting, and dashboard creation experience.
- Proficient in data pipelines, integration processes, SQL, and data modeling.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of data governance and reporting best practices.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
