Job Summary (List Format): Intune Engineer
- Package, test, and deploy Windows applications using Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Win32 (.intunewin) application packages.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for application installation, uninstallation, and detection.
- Configure application assignments, dependencies, supersedence, and deployment rings within Intune.
- Test application deployments and resolve related installation issues.
- Collaborate with Desktop Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to ensure successful software deployments.
- Support the management of application updates, versioning, and lifecycle activities.
- Document packaging processes and deployment standards for standardization and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot endpoint management and software deployment issues in Windows 10/11 environments.
- Utilize strong experience in application packaging, Intune administration, and PowerShell scripting.
- Leverage additional skills in SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Azure AD, and migration of deployments from SCCM to Intune (preferred).
- Work onsite at Miami or Toronto office, supporting a large enterprise with thousands of endpoints.
