Job Summary Delivery Lead
- Role: IT Delivery Lead/Project Manager (Agile & Waterfall)
- Location: Primarily remote; must be local to Michigan or nearby (e.g., Toledo, Ohio); occasional Detroit meetings
- Industry: Healthcare/Payer (prior experience preferred)
- Type of Projects: Mix of complex and medium-sized application & system implementation projects
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules (Agile/Waterfall)
- Coordinate resource allocation with resource managers
- Track and manage project financials (budget, actuals, forecasts)
- Monitor and escalate project risks, issues, actions, and changes
- Facilitate project change requests and coordinate necessary approvals
- Organize and participate in all relevant project meetings
- Prepare and communicate weekly project status updates
- Ensure adherence to project governance, policies, and methodologies
- Manage project artifacts, deliverables, and approvals within deadlines
- Strong Agile project management experience
- Demonstrated data integration and management experience
- Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience leading matrix project teams and building business/IT relationships
- Proven track record managing projects of varying complexity with different methodologies
- Prior experience in data movement, integration, or BI solutions
- Capable of creating, executing, and revising complex project work plans
- Healthcare or payer industry experience
- Distributed application development and system analysis experience
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Jira
- Bachelor s Degree in related field preferred
- Experience leading data integration/delivery initiatives required
- PMP certification preferred
- Candidates should have recent experience in medium-to-large companies
- No long-term gaps in employment or recent self-employment
- Must fit within the fixed rate constraints
