- Establish and implement a Data Governance literacy and adoption model within the organization.
- Develop and maintain role-based competencies and onboarding standards for data stewards.
- Create training materials, governance curriculum, and literacy resources aligned to the enterprise data strategy.
- Coordinate communications related to Data Governance adoption and literacy initiatives.
- Provide practical guidance and support to ensure effective adoption of Data Governance practices.
- Collaborate with North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) to align with statewide data governance policies, standards, and efforts.
- Ensure training and adoption activities are tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and manage governance training curriculum and onboarding materials.
- Lead change management and enablement efforts related to enterprise Data Governance program adoption.
- Work within Health and Human Services, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
- Ensure compliance with state requirements and policies.
