- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products and services for the Child Care for All initiative.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from planning and research through launch and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, engineers, business stakeholders, and multiple agencies.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, defining direction, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct user research, data analysis, and apply industry best practices to solve user problems.
- Translate business strategy, user needs, and technical requirements into detailed product solutions.
- Write user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for product features.
- Prioritize product backlog, enhancements, and feature requests based on business value and user impact.
- Define, monitor, and report on product KPIs and success metrics to measure product success.
- Support continuous product improvements using data-driven decision-making and SDLC best practices.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management and clear communication across teams.
- Manage multiple digital products simultaneously in a hybrid work environment (Brooklyn, NY).
