Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage schedules efficiently to ensure timely arrivals at each stop
- Engage with customers professionally and answer questions
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections
- Wash out cans
- Wash trucks
- Clean out back truck
- Perform heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Can deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, and route documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route progress, delays, or issues encountered while on route
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent appropriate for the vehicle type being operated
- DOT Card
- Medical Card
- Clean MVR
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Proven experience in commercial driving and route delivery operations
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the workday
- Demonstrated organizational skills to plan efficient routes and manage delivery schedules
