What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-site Event Supervisor position at Large-scale Bounce Park?
Seeking 2 independent and reliable On-site Event Supervisors to
- Manage and actively participate in event setup, daily operation, and breakdown
- Supervise event staff and enforce safety guidelines
- Address and resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
- Report any incidents, issues, or post-event feedback to management
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to travel within Texas; out-of-state travel is a plus
- Have a truck? Huge plus!
- START on April 4
- $20-30/hr
*** New graduates are welcome; no prior supervisory experience is required.
