Document Review/Title Clearance Professional
Job Summary
New Jersey Title Agent seeks Law School Graduate for the purposes of Title Examination/Transactional Document Review and Clearance of Title Issues. Job Training by a Supervising Attorney will be Provided.
Primary responsibilities
- Review and Determine Insurability/Recordability of documents related to Real Estate Transactions and the clearance of Title Issues
- Examine Third Party Search Work to Create Title Commitments
- Issue Endorsements related to Title Commitments
- Make insurance determinations on title requirements and exceptions
- Provide Final Post-Closing Review of Files prior to Final Title Policy issuance.
- Prepare Real Estate Closing Documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
