As part of our apartment turnover team, you are responsible for all aspects of home renovation. Make Ready Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of make ready/turnover technicians
- Assign work orders to technicians and purchase orders to vendors when applicable
- Ensure we are delivering a quality product in a timely manner.
- Manage life cycle of unit turn over; complete move out inspections, submit work orders and complete charge sheets upon move outs.
- Maintaining vendor communication and relations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years management experience, preferably in a property management setting.
- Display proficiency while performing day-to-day tasks
- Must be team-oriented, dependable, resourceful, flexible, and results-driven
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
