Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site maintenance staff in the diagnosis of problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and anything else that may come up
- Supervise and train maintenance and make-ready employees
- Review and oversee property appearance, curb appeal, work order completion, shop organization, inventory control, and make-ready management
- Ensure preventive maintenance is completed in a timely manner
- Review safety procedures to ensure that all employees are adhering to the process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance experience with a unit count of at least 300 units
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- HVAC certification required
- Excellent mechanical, electrical, plumbing & HVAC
- Excellent leadership and communication
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new programs and processes
- Yardi experience preferred
- A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance required
- Must have general tools to perform all maintenance tasks
- On Call for all Emergencies
- Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors
