What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative/Client Liaison position at Larchmont Animal Hospital?
We are a small animal veterinary hospital. We are looking for a highly energetic, well spoken, client oriented individual to act as our client liaison and receptionist. The position is integral to our business model and comes with great responsibility. The position requires a knowledge of veterinary medicine and the desire to help facilitate a wonderful experience for our clients. Duties include but are not limited to invoicing clients, greeting new clients and explaining the LAH culture, aiding clients in all ancillary services, and above all being a warm and friendly face of the hospital. We are seeking a person with great initiative that has the ability to complete projects in a timely fashion. The right candidate will possess acute attention to detail and be goal oriented.
