We're looking for a motivated self-starter who wants to build a business—not just work a job.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners
- Perform exterior inspections
- Take photos and document project needs
- Build relationships within your territory
- Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, and exterior solutions
- Generate referrals and repeat business
- Submit project information so our office can prepare estimates
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Honest and dependable
- Comfortable meeting new people
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Able to climb ladders and inspect roofs (preferred)
- Sales experience is helpful but not required
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped commission.
Your income is based on your performance. Successful advisors have the opportunity to earn $60,000–$150,000 annually.
