The Clinical Services Coordinator works in concert with the Education Program Director and School Management Team to provide supervision, support, and training for program staff. Essential Duties: Administrative: - Communicates and coordinates with related mental health professionals. - Actively participate in Laraway School and agency meetings, trainings, events, etc. - Completes all related program specific, agency related and regulatory paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and appropriate boundaries with staff, clients, and community. Clinical Coordination: - Responsible for the direct supervision and oversight of Clinical Case Management staff, including the recruitment, selection, and training. - Collaborates with School Leadership Team, and service providers to ensure the appropriate therapeutic setting, with trauma informed practices and treatment. - Assesses student progress towards therapeutic goals using a variety of assessments to measure growth. - Effectively analyzes data from assessments, draws conclusions, and shares them appropriately. - Collaboratively creates a learning environment where every student participates and is valued. - Uses clinical practices that challenge, motivate and engage all students and facilitate active participation. - Assists in the development of goals for students, using clinical practices that reflect achievable expectations for work and behavior; engage all students in learning. - Consistently adapts services, plans and assessments to make support accessible to all students. - Engages with families and builds collaborative, respectful relationships with them. Consistently provides parents with clear expectations for student learning behavior and shares strategies to promote learning and development at school and home. - Consistently collaborates with colleagues through shared planning and/or informal conversation to analyze student performance and development, and to plan appropriate interventions at the classroom or school level. - Assists the Special Education Coordinator, in carrying out responsibilities required for the social/ emotional wellbeing of students. - Evaluates the performance of individual student behavioral plans and offers input regarding the subsequent performance of professional staff regarding their implementation of behavioral plans - Regularly provides advice and expertise to clinical team, behavior staff, teachers, and the school community to support the creation of appropriate and effective social/emotional learning experiences for students. - May maintain a small caseload or handle some of the more complex cases; performs a variety of direct clinical, diagnostic, treatment, and outreach services.  - Oversees and may provide one-on-one therapy, group therapy, and integrated therapeutic practices in the school. - Provides Clinical Supervision to those seeking licensure within the school. - Regularly reflects on practice, seeks, and responds to feedback, and demonstrates self-awareness and commitment to continuous learning and development. - As a licensed clinician, is responsible for reviewing, informing, and approving required clinical paperwork (i.e., Psychosocial Assessment, and Individual Treatment Plans). - Works in concert with Special Education and Behavioral team regarding individual treatment plans, staff support, training, and education in field of expertise. The position requires using therapeutic communication, experiential learning, and strength-based strategies to provide opportunities for youth to make positive choices, gain self-confidence, advance their academic skills, and learn skills critical to their lifelong development. A strong sense of professionalism is required. The person shall present themselves as a strong role model for children and adolescents and demonstrate management and supervision of students in accordance with program policies, philosophies, and mission. Must maintain confidentiality and privacy of those seeking services, with peers, on and off site, and in all forms of communication.

Salary : $53,618 - $64,079
