Laramie Auto Center is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dealership team. We are building a stronger, faster, and more customer-driven service department and want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping customers and supporting technicians.
This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary plus commission structure offering strong earning potential for high performers.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Build repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Communicate with technicians and parts departments to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Deliver excellent customer service and help maintain high CSI scores
- Manage follow-up communication and appointment scheduling
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Valid driver’s license required
